A rotator can be a very effective marketing tool, if used right or it can be a waste of time is used incorrectly.
The incorrect way to use a rotator is to load the rotator with many links for different products, websites and opportunities.
You will never know what the viewer is seeing and what ad attracted them in the first place.
The proper way to use a rotator is to add different links for the same product, website or opportunity. This gives you a more consistent exposure to what you are marketing and better odds in generating more interest.
I hope this information is helpful to you, I know that it has been very helpful to me over the years as an affiliate marketer.

I do think there is another very useful way to use rotators, though. I use rotators containing different sites and promotions quite successfully. The key for me is tracking. When the individual links are tracked, I can see what is actually getting exposure and what is producing activity, so I'm not marketing blind.
For someone who has several sites or opportunities to promote, a well-tracked rotator can actually solve the problem of trying to decide which one to advertise all the time. One promotional link can give several properties exposure.
So I wouldn't necessarily call one method right and the other wrong. I think they're two different ways of using the same tool, depending on what you're trying to accomplish. 😊

A rotator works much better when the links are focused on the same product, website, or opportunity. That way, no matter which page the visitor sees, the message still matches what you’re promoting.
I also think this makes it much easier to test different pages, headlines, or offers and see what gets the best response. If the rotator is filled with completely unrelated links, it becomes much harder to know what is actually working.
Consistency really does matter in advertising. The more focused the message is, the better chance we have of getting someone interested enough to click, look around, and remember what they saw.
Thank you for sharing this. It’s a simple tip, but definitely an important one for affiliate marketers.
